It's got a 72% on Rotten Tomatoes with 47 critic reviews. That doesn't seem like a Razzie movie to me.

The reviews are alright not the best but it won't deter me since the visuals look better than movie trailer put this year and I haven't disliked anything so far from Luc Besson

The only thing this has going for it is Rihanna as a alien stripper. I'm sure her part will be small though so not enough to sell me
