can any body give me advice on losing 15 lbs in 4 weeks?
im 5"11, 190, and i am fairly active.
read the stickies,get some ideas, post a diet plan, then we critique it.
i'm 6ft and 210 and i want to lose a similari amount in a similar time, how much cardio would you have to do to achieve that and how much strength would you lose?
