- Interviewer (at 3:51): are you going to do a training camp on your own or are you going to join another squad?
- Lesnar: we're going to do this the old-fashioned way just like we did before. I'm hiring coaches, I'm hiring training partners and we're getting geared up already. I mean, it's already put together.

- Interviewer (at 5:41): how much fighting do you do in training camp?
- Lesnar: we don't do it a lot because the guys that bang every single day... I want to get in the cage and fight, I don't want to fight in practice. I want to simulate fighting in practice.

Here we go. Half-ass sparring with no punches to the head, again.

perfect, it'll make him being KO'd even more likely--sounds good to me

Simulating a fight doesn't necessarily exclude being hit in the head.

He's probably planning on sparring only grappling and Jits.
He's not looking to do anything but hit a power double leg, dump him to the mat, and pound him out.
I doubt Hunt can handle his power. He hasn't faced a grappler as strong as Brock.

Robbie quit all the hard sparring - look how bad he's doing now.

Well, he is fighting Hunt so the likely hood of the fight going very long if Hunt actually lands punches is pretty low. So sparring isn't that necessary.

Holy crap it sounds like his training camp hasnt even started yet and the fights in a month which means a 3 week training camp after a 5 year retirement

He's going to get paid millions to get his ass kicked, he's probably not training at all. If he was really into it, and training full time, and fighting often, sure he has a chance to be good, but this one and done thing, it's just a quick payday. I wouldn't expect much from him.

How would he simulate Mark Hunt's punches to the head? Run head first into a fire hydrant?
