Social Look at this impressive transformation! From scrawny to muscular

It's honestly not that hard. In my 20s I couldn't even bench 200 and most of my 30s I didn't workout seriously for more that a few months until I hit 39, a year after that I was benching teh 275.

Oh look, a gay thread from Titty.
Who would have thought..

You have been lifting 3 times a week for a couple of months and you are preaching? LOL

Bro... I have not been out of shape in at least 5 years. My focus on training might change (from kickboxing to lifting weights and biking lately) but I workout at least 4 times at week year round since I can remember.

I took what genetics gave me. Have zero problems with that. I can't be as big as that guy but I also don't think I would want to.
I used to lift years ago when I played football stopped lifting when I was 27 and a decade later im lifting again, I got good muscle memory cause my shirts in the arm area are getting tight, I get pump easy. But the first time lifting in a long time is insane the soreness is insane my entire body was so sore I could barely get out of bed.

Bro I thought you wanted to get more muscular though? so you are okay with being skinny like that with no muscle?

Tidwell is back with male body admiration thread! Life is back to normal again!

@SalvadorAllende @Bangkok ready d1
You guys can get jacked like this man, look at him as your inspiration bros, you guys are skinny distance runners just hit the weights and eat lots of proteins

Those pinch presses like he's doing in the last picture are one of the key exercises I use for my clients for chest definition. I defy even the strongest guy out there to do 50 pinch presses with proper form with two 20 pound weights in their hands. Talk about a killer exercise!

so they really build up the chest?

My inner chest is hard to hit, im going to try them

It's a notoriously difficult spot to hit.

The other killer exercise to try is diamond pushups. Get in pushup position but instead of having your arms by your sides, make a diamond shape with your thumbs and fingers, touching them together. This one targets the inner pectorals too.

But of course, you don't want to do these in exclusion of heavy bench presses, barbell presses, flys, shoulder presses, etc. They are more like the cherries on top of your chest and shoulder day. Use pinch presses and diamond pushups to get that last bit of blood flow into the fibers....and focus like a laser beam on the muscles you're contracting on those last 2 or 3 reps.
