Yes Magny should absolutely got the stop in the second. But 9/10 times refs stops the fight in the first after Lombard dropped him and gave him good beating

When you have a ref who isn't overly eager to stop a fight, we get to see fights playout the way they should.

Magny did a good job of continuing to move in the first. Lombar was just laying there taking it in the 2nd.
