One thing I've learned recently on this board from McGregor fans is that size isn't everything, it's the only thing. We saw when Conor fought Diaz that even though he was more muscular and fairly similar in weight, it's damn near impossible in MMA to overcome MONSTROUS physical advantages such as a 2 inch reach advantage and a 3 inch height advantage. Given this newfound knowledge, I can't imagine why Lombard would even take a fight with a guy half a foot taller with a 9 inch reach advantage. I'm surprised the athletic commission would even sanction this Japan style freak show fight.

Neil can win by outpointing Hector from the outside to a decision but it will eventually get to the clinch and Hector destroys everyone there. He literally disrespected Shields in a way i havent seen.

But i think Hectors low output loses him a close decision, even if/when he gets Neil down i dont see him having much offense. I dont think hes as explosive as he was years ago where he could knock dudes dead early, dude is pushing 40yo with 12 years in the game and post USADA.......
