You typically bring in different people for different aspects of the game. The best wrestlers, bjj practitioners, boxers, muay thai practitioners, etc.
That way you're training with the best for all the various roles within MMA.

So because you believe Stipe has no chance, it means Stipe shouldn't bother training or trying to improve his MMA ability? Maybe Bader won't help Stipe at all in his fight against DC but he's trying and I don't see what the problem with that is. If you think Stipe could find better wrestlers to train with say so, I think Bader would be a good choice to spar with in preparation for DC just based on the fact he's fighting at heavyweight right now too. There is a hell of a lot worse fighters to shit all over than Ryan Bader or Stipe.
