At this point. I don't think firing him would really be a punishment. Keeping him on the roster and refusing to let him out of the contract but not booking him in any fights is the way to go.

Kinda like what it's like now.

What will they do? Cut his line and let him make UFC's competitors millions? Conor's own org would put the UFC out of business right now. He just did 4.5 million ppvs with his own promo and no UFC hype. UFC would sink their ship by doing so and Conor knows it. He is essentially almost blackmailing them he has so much power.
