liquid cod liver oil

for those of you who use it, how do you take it? do you measure out a tsp, grit your teeth and swallow, or is it palatable enough to use put in salad dressings or other cold recipes?
any suggestions appreciated.

You get used to it fast, but untill you can try to drink a glass of milk after you've swallowed it.
