I'd love to see him get that fight but I don't see TJ losing
 
Going for Cody.

Cody vs Lineker would be crazy. But you have Assuncao and Moraes in the conversation as well.
 
They can fight after No love loses to TJ. Lineker deserves a top 5er

Assuncao is the most overlooked fighter at BW. Partly his own doing. He should square off with Cruz finally.

Dana pretended as if he had barely heard of Assuncao after his last win, so you can undeservingly remove him from the contendor list

Well we can also have that fight after Cody lost to TJ. The instant rematch is stupid nonetheless as Cody has 1 quality win at 135. My guess if Cody fights TJs last opponents is that he will win some and loose some. Against Lineker I do favor Lineker in a 5 round bout.
 
He needs to figure his weight and go back to 125.

No chance he has any sort of run at 135, he's too small.

Hes very good but he's like the 6th best Bw. He might be able to touch Garbrandt chin but Tj crushed him, Assuncao and Moraes are better, Cruz is when fighting as well.

your telling me you would comfortably pick Assuncao to beat Lineker....I think Assuncao is underrated forsure but stylistically, Lineker has problems with pure wrestlers

i think he beats Assuncao. I think Assuncao could beat Cruz tho and maybe Moraes

Yeah I didnt realize Lineker's only loss is TJ at BW. That's insane. He definitely deserves higher fights. Him and Assuncao for #1 contender and Moraes gets TJ/Cody winner IMO

Assuncao has literally nothing for Cruz, if he's ever gonna be healthy again. Moraes probably beats Assuncao as well.

I don;t think Cruz will be the same again and thats why I would favor him.

Moraes is good....how good? I am not sure yet. He has had a nice last few fights but i'd like to see him against a legit top 3 guy before I am ready to say he could be champ

I agree Lineker is not really in the talks of a ts right now with those two at the top. One more win for Lineker and he's right up there
