or perhaps she didn't actually defame them, or at least dominion hasn't saw it yet or interpreted those comments her defaming them? i mean she is not making any kind of claim that dominion or its machines actually did anything illegal. she is suggesting the possibility of the republicans trying to tamper with the machines years down the road. you can't really make a defamation claim out of that.

though if she actually said the same things that mike lindell had, which would require the election to be over to even be comparable to some of the shit that the lumpy pillow grifter had said, then i'm sure that dominion would try to sue her too. they seem to be doing quite well at sueing the pants off of everybody who drags their name and product into the mud just to peddle a bunch of their election fraud lies.

based on that? that's too flimsy. that's not really claiming that anything illegal has happened or accusing dominion of any illegal misuse of their product either. that's just stating that she believes that the republicans or even dominion might one day perhaps try to do something fucky with the voting machines. that is not defamation. that is free speech. i could go on twitter and say that i personally believe, or i think that in a couple years donald trump might try to tamper with some voting machines and then choke to death while sucking off a horse named bubba. go ahead and try to sue me. now if i go up there in the public eye and claim that donald trump had tampered with some voting machines and sucked off a horse back in 2024, i am likely going to have to answer to that. at least if i don't make it abundantly clear in my message that i am simply just cracking a joke and not being serious at all.

"i think" and "i personally believe" doesn't help the defamation cause either. who gives a shit what the bitch thinks? what matters is whether or not she made a claim to the public that something illicit did in fact occur, AND whether or not the company or it's product is somehow responsible for the wrongful conduct that did occur.
