Lightforce

I was looking for some more information on Lightforce. I'm thinking about getting it and want to know some more about it. It's a little expensive, but no more so than a can of whey protein that size, and if it works than it's worth it. I was wondering what all does it do for you, how it tastes, if it really gives you more energy, etc. It looks like its working for Randy Couture, I just wanted to see what other people who use it think about it.

i like it and have been useing it for about 6 months it tastes kinda minty to get the full affect you need to fallow some what of a green diet also

Cost a lot and taste gross. As far as energy and the effects you need to follow he diet to the T. It would be like taking Roids and not working out.
