Elections Liberal tears and meltdown thread

Damn they gave this guy a skinny little roller to do all that work? That stings

Hope you aren't denied anything you need and were promised.

Out of curiousity, how's the medical treatment work if you hurt yourself doing a leisure activity like biking? Do they try and be stingy paying to fix up injuries like that?

See above

If you're active duty while it happened, it's covered because you're never released from service until you're discharged.

Robert De Niro planning to direct a movie on Janna DeVylder. The crazy 'bitch' who was screaming when Trump won the 2016 election. She now lives in Australia. De Niro himself is now on a suicide watch and going through therapy to cope with the Harris loss. I think his career in Hollywood as an actor is now over. Should have kept his mouth shut.

Hmm, but a retired enlistee vet of even just 4 years who moves on to civ work can still be covered by VA health insurance, that's what I'm wondering about. Or are you on private?

It depends...
If you get cancer while on active duty and have to be discharged, you'll be medically retired. You'll receive a pension and VA benefits. If you're disabled on AD but can still work, you can still get VA coverage if your disability is rated high enough.

It’s a shame he’s such a great actor, but insufferable as a person.

You know, if you didn’t search these weirdos out and listen to their nonsense, you’d probably be a bit less out of touch and annoying.

Thank you for your stellar insight.

And then the VA does the best to give you nothing.

MEPS screening - “your hearing is great”

Post deployment - “you have scarring on your eardrums

Me to the VA “any way I can get this notated in case I need hearing aids some day?”

VA “you can’t prove that was service related”

Hope they aren’t screwing you around bud.

Ok we must be talking about different things.

A guy I knew was Navy '98-'02, got out not disabled, but has the VA for health insurance.

They covered surgery for a bad issue that was 100% self-caused, but on the flipside I've heard from others they can be stingy.

Also I'm certain that guy lied to them about the cause of the injury

Yeah, that's weird... I'm no VA guru, but that smells funny.

Yeah, unfortunately my feeling is they don't investigate things like that enough and end up getting fleeced overall on paying for people's BS but then, with limited funds, might not be able to treat the disabled vets as well as they deserve.

One of my bros on Okinawa said he was writing a check at the commisary and his handwriting just went screwy. He went to the Naval hospital E.R. and they checked him out. About a month later he was sent back stateside.

Around 5 months later, he was gone.

We deployed to Africa together. :(

No election to track. It's like watching the NFL after the SuperBowl.

Better tell CNN before they dump all their talent
