far better standup, more power, much better technique, better kicking game, much better feinting game. Very good clinch and infighting game which is Bones only real strength standing his boxing is ass. Much better footwork, really good cardio

and Gane can roll and gurapple himself so he will cancel that out

Plus just as big if not more so and only a couple inches less reach.

Bones will likely pray he gets to fight 1 or 2 40yos including Stipe and then when Gane is entering title shot convo and his purime Bones will leave and/or retire

As for Jones: Jones wrestling used to be very impressive, but as of late Jones looks very human, which is most likely due to more frequently fighting guys his size (or somewhat close to it) and also due to him finally being clean(er).


You can't tell me you're confident in Jones outwrestling a guy like Gane who's in great shape at ~250 pounds after having struggled with Santos and Reyes...

What do you mean by this? Ryan Hall’s submission threat opens up his striking and he got multiple knockdown on his last opponent, and he heel hooked BJ Penn, but he isn’t a striking specialist by any means.

Of course Hall isn't a striking wizard, but he's surely not one dimensional either and even if so, Gane has a better claim for being a multidimensional threat, since Gane has both finishes on the ground and on the feet.

Because it was meant as a rethoric question - if a fighter (in this case a striker) has finishes with both strikes *and* submissions, there is indeed a degree of multi-dimensionality to that fighters game.
