Lets imagine he stays healthy. He is only 29 years old. What if he continues his run and dominates the LW division and goes 30-0 beating all the top contenders. Will he surpass Fedor as the greatest Russian to ever do it?

If not, what else does he have to do in your mind?

I did try to visualize that scenario but khabib got injured . Sorry op, not happening. Injuries get more often and worse as we age, not the other way around it

he surpasses fedor in tiramisu consumption /thread

He would need 6 more wins so he would be well into his 50s with how frequently he actually makes it to the Octagon

If someone could actually win the LW belt and defend it 4 or 5 times, you would have to at least put them in the GOAT discussion. Nobody stays on top of the LW division. Nobody has ever gone on that kind of run at LW.

he has been can crushing like fedor so sure why not

Julio Cesar Neves already did it. Since a win is a win

Yes he would. 8 wins in UFC is better than Fedors whole record.

One rule HWs for a decade... the other want to cut to Featherweight.

That can be said for both guys
Fedor was fighting world class opposition by his 4th fight and won the world title in his 14th fight.

Very different from khabib who didn't fight anyone decent until he was 17-0 and in the UFC

if he can win the belt, stay healthy, and defend it more than 3 times than ya i suppose

But he can;t just keep winning, get injured, then disappear for a year and expect to be the GOAT. He needs to stay healthy and win and defend
