Let the EPO excuses begin.

I live in Tj’s hometown of Angels Camp and the excuses have began.
None of this I heard directly but rather from others. Supposedly the excuse amongst relatives and friends is that TJ is anemic and took
EPO for his low iron. Haven’t heard a single thing about this throughout his career but watch it be an angle for a reduced suspension.
In my mind banned is banned.
As of now this is just a rumor around town and nothing that I’ve heard TJ said himself.

It matters little.
It is banned and he knew it.
If he was to use it for legitimate reasons, he would have had to seek out an exemption with USADA. The fact he did not shows he knew he was doing something wrong.
