According to this link on Bloody Elbow there is 657 active fighters on the roster, I just went thru it and cut about 100 lol alot of fighters that have no business being in the UFC

Over 70 Middleweights, 85 Welterweights, 90 Lightweights, 83 Featherweights & 88 Bantamweights.

265, 205, M125, 115, W125 & W135 all have about 40 fighters in each division.

Seriously, I’m sure there is more to that story about him being cut just doesn’t make sense. A quick scroll and count there’s a little over 20 fighters on the roster with a 0-2 & 0-3 Zulfadli record I remember back in the day going 0-2 always ment you were cut
