If they look good, but they're headed where they're going to on foot, I've found they'll usually top you off for 20-40 bucks if you offer to give them a ride.

I was a senior in 06 when I got my first cell phone, a basic nokia with the green screen.
We were fingering girls more than a decade before the first smart phone was invented.

Apps feel off putting, charisma works more often than not

They used to be good but with onlyfans and the increased popularity/loss of stigma of using dating sites, 4's think they are 9's because thirsty idiots shower them with money/praise/compliments, meanwhile they girls egos explode because they have 400 likes and when you are are overwhelmed with choice you filter the fastest way possible - superficial looks. Top tier dudes in the looks department basically get anyone they want, normal guys only get the girls that are disillusioned by their experience with the attractive dudes that saw them as options.

Thats aside from the fact that they are all useless if you are a guy and not paying for at least the first tier of premium service, which can be like $50 damn dollars a month. blBack in the late 00's, I was in the worst place ive ever been financially / physically / emotionally and still met tons of girls using a free account on OKC and PoF, fast forward to last year Im in great shape, have the best job ive ever had, and even paying for premium Bumble and Hinge I went on only a handful of dates with 3 girls over 2 months that went absolutely nowhere.

No let’s be clear I hate the apps. It’s the gayest shit ever —- giving a woman the power to put you on ice.. text you back when she feels like it.. cancel last minute

And you match with 50 women at least 20 (usually the hottest ones) will play those games.

but the results speak for themselves..

I feel your pain man. It does seem likes it’s gotten worse. It’s also a young man’s game

I’m 32. My little brother is 25 and he met his girl on hinge. I hung out with him and his friend this summer who was showing us all his matches on Tinder and Hinge.

But that dude definitely wasn’t top tier. Fucking dork.. 5’ 8… average ass dude. He lived in France for a while so he had good pics I presume.

I think it’s a different world if you’re 25 or under. Or set your age to 25. But not under. That’s crossing the line.

It's all about adapting within your skill set. If you think dating apps are the way to go and your fairly successful and all the power to you. If you are charismatic and have a good game and can pick up women in person, all the power to you.

Whatever works best for you imo.
