And again this week she is posting photos of herself lifting weights ... if she can be lifting weights and still make 135 no problem, it is clear her "I would die" stuff was a huge joke.

They announced Cyborg is fighting a long time ago and all of her other Invicta fights were announced well in advance. Strange that it isn't going that way this time.

This makes no sense. Invicta is a fight PROMOTION, their job is to promote fights. If they have the fights, especially if it is concerning their biggest star, don't you think they would be promoting it? If they are intentionally holding back who her opponent is, that would mean the matchup is so miserably unmarketable that they aren't even going to try.

So basically they get 6 weeks notice will Cyborg has months and months?

What the fuck is this? Pride? What gets me is this is EXACTLY what PRIDE did. Cro Cop fought opponents [and not great ones] that came in on extremely short notice. Dos Caras Jr was on 2 weeks notice, another opponent was six days notice.

Promotions have been having a hard time finding opponents for Cyborg since the Strikeforce days, so this wouldn't surprise me. It doesn't usually lead to quality competition stepping up though.

This. It`ll be another squash match designed to make Cyborg look invincible. My guess is Shannon would love to unload her huge contract on the UFC. So, she`ll set Cyborb up with somebody who`ll fold to a few punches.

so please inform me about how Cyborg has an opponent, how it isn't being set up as a squash match and how it was totally logical for her to "die" making 135 in the past, but now she can lift weights and train just like she used to without having a problem making 135.

This is kind of the point. Cyborg is the only fighter booked. She is doing a full training camp and she is going to fight somebody they have to bring in on short notice. PRIDE-style squash match.
