Leon Edwards is beating washed up lightweights

He's on an extremely long winning streak, who should he fight that wasn't once at LW?
Colby won't fight him, Wonderboy just lost, so who else. The only guy close to him in the rankings that's also on a winning streak is Luque, who you conveniently didn't point out he's already beaten.
 
Go to Bellator. They’ll let him fight regularly, pay better and he’ll be an immediate title contender.

You forgot Belal "I Cant Remember My Name" Muhammad who Leon TKOd but because the guy burst into tears on the floor and has a manager with some clout got a NC and a showcase fight against a well past his prime Demian Maia.

Usman knows his bad knees could not survive a single round of Leons oblique kicks so he chose to fight a guy he has already knocked out instead.

I will put some respect on his name when he mans up and fights Leon who he knows is a terrible matchup, just as Tyron Woodley fought him even though it was a similarly terrible matchup.

His knee's were wrecked the first time they fought though, and he won every second of it.

So Leon's victories also include a Belal who beat dinosaur Maia and a split decision against Gunnar
 
He should start beating washed up welterweights like Colby has and maybe he'll get a title shot or two

He has fought one time in the past twenty months.

And the same fighter it took him five rounds to TKO was put to sleep by Vincente Luque in under a round.

Colby is not washed up but Kamaru is very clearly afraid of rematching Leon because he knows his very bad knees are not going to holdup to Leons oblique kicks.

It is a disgrace Kamaru continues to fight these guys who have done nothing to earn rematches while Leon is on a 9 fight win streak.
 
Luque is his best win and it shows how good he is. But USMAN BEATS ALL.
 
Welterweight isn’t very good IMO almost all the top ranked and prominent fighters are blown up lightweights. Even Masvidal was a lightweight at one point.
