Seminar on Saturday June 4th, 12noon-3pm at Delaware Jiujitsu with New York Combat Sambo Head Coach Stephen Koepfer.
Seminar will review basic to advanced set ups, including no-gi and also IBJJF legal submissions. A strong focus will be on how to properly defend leglocks.
We had a seminar once before with Stephen, and it was amazing. His knowledge of this game is beyond comparison. Leglocks are more widely employed than ever before. Learn the latest technique from an expert, and for sure...learn how to correctly defend them. All gyms welcome.
