If Khabib clinches him fast and were to win by KO (slam) in 12 seconds, would you want a rematch? Would you consider it a fluke or imagine a rematch goes different?

Of course it would be a fluke, the same way Jose Aldo KO was a fluke.

If you knock out anybody in the UFC in 13 seconds it's a fluke.

rouseys armbar against zingano in 10 seconds was a fluke, you could square them off again a thousand times and it would never happen again

Lol at OP.

Of course they would say it was a fluke. Most delusional fan base out there.

Conor ducked the Aldo rematch for a reason. Instead, he chose to panic wrestle and quit in his next fight.

Lightning doesn’t strike twice.

Lol at Khabib KOing anyone let alone finishing a fight in the first round.

Khabib panic wrestling Conor at the beginning of a fight is basically going full beta

You could square Bisping vs GSP dozens of times and he wouldn't win by rear naked choke in round 3. Fluke result?

Conor knocking Aldo out is not even in the same universe of fluke as Khabib KOing someone with a slam. Has Khabib ever KOd anyone with a slam? Has Conor ever KOd anyone with punches?

So explain Max vs Aldo if lightning doesn't strike twice...

A third-round submission (or anything in the third round) isn't a fluke.
ko'ing anyone at ufc level in 10 sec of round 1 (imo) is a fluke.

I am a Conor fan ...... not of the man as I think hes a douche but a fun fighter always in great fights. That said I don't think there's a way Conor beats Kabib except for a quick ko of his own.. Kabib will take him down at will first 3 rds. Not saying Conors tdd is shit but Khabib took Barboza an RDA down at will conor's tdd is no better an likley worse.

As for Kabib winning in 12 sec there is no chance. Also any legit sane Cobor fan does not think he is even near being goat

I am not a 'hardcore' Conor fan at all, I am a fan of most fighters, even the ones i joke about.. That said.. If Khabib actually KO's conor in any fashion, especially a 12 second Slam.. no rematch needed.

That doesn't make it a fluke. Aldo would probably be a bit more cautious which makes it unlikely that he would get ko'ed in 13 seconds yet again. Is it unlikely that he would get ko'ed at all? No. Which in itself suggests that the first fight wasn't a fluke.

Dozer, you do know that Aldo literally declined a Conor rematch a whole bunch of times? That was in the active headlines at the time, Sherdoggers say one thing, ignore them they make up crap, i followed MMA for years so i know the facts..Aldo quite literally turned down a rematch for upto 1 year after.

No bias, just going off some sources from the time..

To prove my point, heres a line that left Jose aldos own mouth:

"I never turned down the Conor mcgregor Rematch, my coach did."

So yes, he did technically turn it down, whether that was his team or not, he did not take the rematch opporunity he was given. No bias needed.

When you don't understand the difference between wrestling and panic wrestling LOL

I understand your argument, but if you take a decade-long undefeated champion and he gets knocked out in 13 seconds of round one that's about as textbook of a fluke you can get

Dont waste your energy, stone wall facts have no place in these idiots minds once it doesnt suit their narrative.

And heres a second article to back up my previous post where i linked an article, where Jose aldo even says he has no regrets about declining the first Conor rematch..

""The fight I turned down, I was traveling and doing charity work. After being the champion for so long,"

https://www.sportsjoe.ie/mma/jose-a...er-about-conor-mcgregors-lucky-knockout-73031

I'm not saying this, Jose is saying all this.
