Then again, Jackson settled out of court with another kid, so there is room for opening up on details we never heard.

man i really don't like you as a poster generally, but i have to give you props on this one. it's easy to point a finger at someone who clearly has issues and accuse them of a crime, it's another to stay objective and allow our system to run its course.

and it isn't like the trials had this damning evidence like the OJ trial and the jury just fucked it up. no real concrete evidence was produced and all the testimony was inconsistent and rocky at best. which is always the inherent difficulty of these kinds of crimes in general, relying on rocky testimony that has no real corroboration of the events.

i mean, maybe he did, maybe he didn't. he certainly was a strange person, and on the surface it looks like he did engage in that kind of activity. but pointing a finger and condemning / gossiping is a horrific evil, one that's been abused more in history by towns and cities and groups of people more than lone criminals have gotten away with heinous crimes. it's easy to be part of a mob, it's harder to adhere to notions of fairness / justice in a criminal trial.

i also find it strange people are so morally self righteous now over topics like this. he's dead, and this isn't some obscure story that never got coverage. if something new came out i'd say ok, lets take a look. but just revisiting old evidence that was already scrutinized under a microscope, and now using this revisited topic for self righteous internet posters to condemn the guy, is rather strange and narcissistic.
 
I still think that the most damning piece of evidence in that document is the porn magazines with MJ and the kid's fingerprints all over them, sounds like grooming to me. I think I read somewhere that MJ's claim was that he caught the kids looking at the magazines and stopped them, but that just doesn't come off as believable to me

To this day, I still don't know what to believe. Micheal Jackson hanging out at some cocktail party with adults, almost seems more out of place.

Nah. I mean who knows, but kids finding porn mags and looking through them, isn't exactly evidence of anything. If that's the case, somebody better go arrest my friend's dad, because we found his porn stash one day, and looked through them. All our fingerprints are on them, so it must mean he was sitting us down with them and grooming us for his sexual deviancy.
 
Sometimes a man wires his bedroom hallway with approach alarms while he sleeps with little boys who can describe his penis accurately, next to a stash of softcore child porn with their fingerprints on it. All very innocent. How are we to know what really went on?

I just think he was with the kids constantly when they were at his house, because he's a creep. I think their prints are on them because he was sitting there with them showing the magazines to them, I do not buy for one second that he walked in on the kids looking at them
 
The man slept in his bed with children under the age of 10, alone, for years.

Every single one of the parents allowed it because they thought MJ's money and fame would get them ahead in life somehow. I don't believe that the parents willingly threw their kids to the sharks for money but they did some serious mental gymnastics to make themselves believe it was safe and ok to be sleeping in bed with MJ. You think they'd be letting them sleep in MJ's bed if he was just a neighbor on the other side of the cul de sac? These bitches all put their kids in danger for greed.
 
Michael Jackson is a man who never grew from a child. He had a mentality of a child. And that's why he had so much adoration for little kids.
 
Now that the Leaving Neverland documentary brought this topic back to the forefront. I'm just curious to see the poll numbers will be like on here.

Not seen the doc but i always thought he was innocent both of the crimes and in his own childlike behaviour.

I havent watched the documentary, just looks like a hit piece.

I do think MJ never molested children, but never really grew out of being a child himself, because of his father.


EDIT: Watched it, turned my answer to I dont know. Might be bullshit, might not be.
