The Olympics dropped the event completely, so not only did she screw some poor Australian out of their chance to compete in 2024, but now they can't compete in 2028 either!

And neither can anyone else?

Imagine a UFC fighter that's so embarrassingly bad that the UFC goes bankrupt? Even CM Punk couldn't do that.

What she did embarrassed the IOC because it showed that the sport was still immature and weak to rigging. The sport needs to improve how rankings are managed if a woman and her husband can rig their own world championship events and boost her rankings to be world class and eligibility for the olympics.

Her case would be more similar to Askar Mozharov who used aliases and name changes and padded/manipulated his record with fake fights and bluffed his way to the UFC
