le roy hand wrap questions

Titles version is of le roy wraps are a joke, they are basically handwraps with no thumb hook and Velcro.

I never suffered a hand injury with them. They do the same job for the same price as Le Roy bandages, last longer, hold their shape better, and don't stick to Velcro as easily.

My sparring days go: dynamic warm up, wrap hands, shadow box, thai pads/focus mitts, heavy bag, then sparring.

Do you spar before hitting pads?

I said, "sparring sessions". Warm up, gear up, spar.

I always hit pads as a warm up before sparring.

Maybe I got a bad box of title's le roy clones, mine were thick, itchy (had lots of saw dust) and they were different lengths. But, for 5$ I did not complain.

It seems Ambra Le Roy is a medical product supplier, which suggests they originally made bandages for injury support and someone figured out they were good for hand wraps. Does some other medical tape not work as well, or is it just that they stand up to re-use more than regular medical bandages (ie tensor)?

Ace bangade is essentially similar to the Reyes high compression handwraps, would work well.
