I can think of a number of fighters who seem to catch an abnormal amount of shit at forums like this one. Some of these people may just be kids, others may be mma fighters working behind anonymous handles and others may in fact be shill posters working for major organizations, whether directly or by proxy, such as the UFC.

That seems to be the case, although even more embarrassing for such people if they are not getting paid for it.

As for the legal issues, it is well known that public figures have a much harder time pursuing accusations of slander, and, interestingly, "bad" publicity does not always harm a fighter anyway.

He's an at-will independent contractor. He wouldn't have a leg to stand up...much like Pierce right now.

Ur a complete buffoon then. The UFC has every right to fire someone that routinely tries to hurt their product by injuring fighters outside of the actual competition.

Management practices? Ok. Good luck with the defamation against kiddos on the internet, though.

    Lol really?

Dana White is the baffoon here, he compared palhares to paul daley and I just watched the video and it wasen't as bad as ppl are making it out to be, dude was having an adrenaline dump and probably lost his senses!

Watch the video and tell me:

Now we have dana "Slandering" paul by comparing his action to an incident that was sincerely disturbing!

Not every fighter can have the same amount of mental clarity as josh burkman unfortunatly but Dana bad mouthing fighters is just as bad since he is basicly undermining the profession of fighting like he is a pimp and fighters are whores:mad:

Thank you for confirming what we already expected... you are a buffoon. I've watched the video repeatedly and Palhares blatantly cranks Pierce's leg after he physically tapped, verbally tapped and after the ref jumped on top of him.

If this were Palhares first infraction it would be a different scenario but the fact is he has doen this at least four times in MMA and at least twice in BJJ.

Wtf!??? Are you blind or an idiot?

This is a cage fight ffs! Shiit happens and as far as palhares previous incident...understand that he is a leglock specialist, leglocks are one of the most dangerous submission moves in grappling by nature.

Look at Ken Shamrock, he DESTROYED many fighters not because he was an ass but rather because leglocks do alot of damage to people.

So... since he's a leglock specialist... he doesn't have to let go of the lock when the ref stops the fight... fuking genius dude.

That is by far the dumbest argument Ive ever heard.

All that happy horseshit ends when the fight does. There is a reason tht almost everyone is behind this, from fighters to trainers to executives to fans. Maybe you should question your own motives in this.
