Don't be purposefully obtuse. I said many on the left see something **LIKE** what I posted and shrug it off and call it a one off. Many on the right see thing **LIKE** this and fear that while in isolation they may be outliers, in their totality they may portend more changes to come. Don't start with the "you do this often". I didn't even say who was more "correct", just that the difference in how things like this are viewed is much of the chasm that divides many on the right and left.

As I said, women's sports, prisons, etc. Many on the left shrug them off as meaningless while many on the right see them as yet another place where society is throwing common sense out the window to cater to a small group.

I agree with much of this. I don't however think "everyone on the right" holds the view that all leftists support the most extreme aspects. I do think there's a general feeling that many sane leftists may stay quiet in the face of it in order to not upset certain groups.

I didn't say all of them did. I said "the impression given from the right here" is that is the case. Its almost a War room meme at this point that there will be 3 straight pages of the usual suspects saying "the left defends/supports something" yet not a single post from anyone on the left actually defending said thing, or conversely trying to call out people on the left that they are avoiding said topic as if anyone feels the need to engage in bad faith dialogue about topics they neither agree with nor feel the need to defend.
