last night to buy bjj manifesto and have the private lesson be offered with it! the book is very good and gives detailed instruction on strategy to improve your submission percentage, as well as improve your overall game. it also features many videos of instruction on how to implement the strategies. also, for tonight only there is a free private lesson included!
