"I felt bad for Cory having to go into his next bout with two elephant feet. I've kicked people's elbows, had bad contusions on my feet before and know how sore it is to touch never mind go through a fight with, so much respect to him!"
"The dry air was a killer which had me coughing, snotting and sounding like I smoke 40-a-day as soon as we would started lightly jogging around the mat. But, thankfully, it didn't hit me as hard as Helen Harper, and my trusty roommate Kate Jackson ordered a humidifier for our room which was helpful."
