Nevermind, this is too much work. I'm still trying to think of something worse than Bill's story. Don't know if it's even physically possible to be topped.
 
I'm having trouble coming up with something that tops Bill paying the girl's fines so she can stay out of prison.

That actually wasn't bill. That was Tasha or whoever that Dwayne lost his virginity to. All three of them had input in their propaganda.

The real question is what kind of monster must Tasha have been. Was the girl blind? mentally handicapped? over 500 pounds? All of the above? A man?
