Will UFC re-sign him after winning 3 fights in 3 days in Rizin. Is there a reason he left the UFC? He could get a rematch with DJ

Why would Horiguchi wanna work for that racist company?

Why would he sign with the UFC when he is making so much more in Japan?

Hell he has a beats deal there and is considerably big there. Fighting lesser opponents and making more money is the dream for the guy and in his home country. Good on him.

Heeeyyyy I made this same thread abt 2 days ago. He looked great at Rizin

I think he left cuz he wanted to fight more in Japan, so probably wanted to travel less. Also probably getting paid more in Rizin.

He looks good but a dominant loss to DJ just killed his hype for rematch for a while.

He went to RIZIN and is getting his $$$

Horiguchi is fucking high level and very exciting. Always comes to throw down.

It was a mistake to let him go.

He was giving Mighty Mouse fits in the striking department. If he gets his TDD up to par he could definitely beat DJ.

2013-2016. Four years with the UFC, Horiguchi fights 8 times.

2017, one year with Rizin, Horiguchi fights 5 times for a way bigger audience, and likely more money.

Fuck the UFC. Horiguchi is better off at Rizin.

Horiguchi is a lot of fun to watch. He has that Kid Yamamoto bouncy, in-and-out style. He trained under the great man, and it shows. I wish he were still in the UFC. He is, at worst, one of the top four guys in the world at flyweight. I'm not sure how he would do against Joe B or Cejudo, but those would be awesome fights to watch.

They fed Gucci to DJ, too early. Gucci may choose to ride out the rest of his career in Japan, or return to beat DJ in a few years, as he'll be entering his prime as DJ will be slowing down.
