krav maga

    how can i train at home for KM there atr no places near me that offer it. i have all the bags for standup and a weight bench. can someone give me a krav maga routine i can do by myself. and if not krav a routine for self defense. thank u:D

    I believe they have a DVD set that shows all their basic techniques and how to practice them.

    From what I have read and seen, I do not believe you can self train for KM.

    A lot of their techniques address single and multiple attacker scenarios with and without weapons, and that is not possible to train unless you have a partner(s).

    You can probably work the conditioning phases on your own.

    Working technique on basic things like kicking, punching, kees, elbows, yada yada yada - as well as conditioning would put you in a good place if you ever do end up near a place that teaches Krav Maga.
