One of the best MMA fights ever imo. Poirier wasn't in his prime but he was still a high level fighter and one win away from a title shot most likely. KZ was on fire. That was an amazing fight.

I was considering flying out to Singapore for this card. Didn’t end up happening and I’m already regretting never have been to a KZ fight

I like those matchups. KZ mentioned 155 before too, I don’t think he really should be there but maybe a fight with Jim Miller at 300 would be totally random but awesome. I’m a big Jim Miller fan too so I’d not want either to lose but also I can’t help but to think thatd be a sick fight and possibly great double retirement fight

The guy never fights and his most impressive win was over a decade ago. His record is nothing to write home about either.

Honestly it would be fucking amazing for Zombie to some how get a KO over quite possibly the strongest chin we've seen in the UFC but we all know that's not gonna happen.

I love KZ too and I know this probably sounds belittling and insulting when talking about a professional fighter but I literally hope Max goes easy on KZ or the ref knows when to call it off. I would HATE to see a Kattar level beat down of KZ .

War KZ but also with the fires in Hawaii even a miraculous victory over Max would be bitter sweet .

What a shit and strange fight haha like why .Max only loses to people like Volk such a strange fight to make but apparently KZ wanted it so eh.

I think Asian fighters in general get a lot of love when in the UFC because they are fairly under represented and KZ always brings it win or lose and people like that .

He's always exciting and and a good sport, I don't think people have illusions about his skill it's just that he's a great combination of likable/humble and all action, hard not to be a fan of guys like that.
