That's called the cross race effect. It's when people of different races have difficulty seeing the difference between the faces of other races.

Thank god someone said this. I can clearly tell Asian women apart, and can easily differ between races also. Ignorance IMO.

Those women are all the same color.. Skin, hair, eyes, lips.. The shape of their face is close to identical, jawline, size of mouth, even their expression.. There is NOTHING wrong, or incorrect, with pointing out the woman in that particular beauty pageant in FACT look more alike to each other than in any other similar pageant in the world. Most likely.

There is no race bias here. The Korean guy on the first page pretty much makes that clear.

Man I was waiting at a subway stop for a girl in Seoul to go on a date and I was so scared I would not recognize her in the crowd. Luckily as A white boy I stood out.

What's crazy is Korean girls are some of the most beautiful out there. Native Koreans don't know it, but Korean Americans sure as hell do and from what I have seen in so many instances they have the attitude to match.

There was a thread on P & M about hot asian babes.

They all looked the same to me from Japanese to Korean and Chinese.

More than anything it's a sad state for Asia, or maybe just the whole world in general.

I think it is more a Korean thing than an Asian thing. The general mentality amongst Koreans here is that it is better to fit in than to be different. Couple that with the fact that society places a huge importance on one's looks and you end up with a country obsessed with plastic surgery.
