korea has another phenom at -73kg in judo!

    ki chun Wang just defeated won he lee for the SECOND TIME at the bejing olympic qualifiers on the 7th.

    From the highlights i have seen of Wang, along with the traditional korean game (shoulder throws) he showed a SWEET ankle pick and is a more diverse takedown artist than Lee.

    yea but he still might not make the olympic team though because iirc... the powers that be in judo have a meeting after the selection tournament... for some unknown reason :S

    god damn that video was fun to watch
    makes me regret taking TKD when I was kid.. especially when I was given a choice between TKD and Judo..

    sigh..

    Where is that god damn Delorian?

    nah.
    it was the real deal.. but still.. Judo would have been a lot better considering it would have helped so much with BJJ

    Google it. There is a webpage with the Korean terms. Im too lazy to look it up.

    If you search some Korean sites you might be able to find a vid. I have a video of the Korean and Japanese terms but it is too big to send to you.

    Bummer he lost but great for Korea. Next to Kye Sun hui he is my favorite judoka
