Goddamn, did we get some good KO's this year or what? ESPN recently named Wladimir Klitschko's blistering left hook KO of Kubrat Pulev their Knockout of the Year.

That said, there were way too many vicious knockouts this year to narrow it down to just one. We saw brutal featherweight puncher Marvin Sonsona's uppercut fold Akifumi Shimoda in half:

We also saw Amir Mansour absolutely flatten the crafty journeyman Frederick Kassi with a savage right hand.

And of course, in one of the biggest fights of the year, Carl Froch's overhand right put Groves down so hard his leg folded under him.

Nicholas Walters knocks out former division kingpin Vic Darchinyan in his breakout performance.

Tomoki Kameda smashes Pungluang Singyu's liver with a perfect left hook.

Andy Lee had some nice KO wins this year. Good year for the guy.

Former minimumweight #1 Nkosinathi Joyi was upset and KTFO by Rey Loreto back in February.

Not a major fight but look at this KO
