Albion swords are probably your best option for zweihander on the production market, great reputation ,steel and heat treat is apparently on point never held one though. The other option is a custom sword maker but if Albion is out of your budget customs probably even more.

Just search "battle ready swords" or "functional swords". Tons to choose from all dif styles and price points. Be sure to youtube sword injuries before you start slicing water bottles. They are extremely dangerous. Like "wish i never bought one" dangerous.

Oh I'm sure it would be even more useless than all the knives I have. And if it's razor sharp, having something with that big of a blade, injuries are inevitable

See I can't tell the difference functionally between the para 2, 3, manix, tenacious, or endura. The blade shape differences seem minuscule,
