Knives

I think I found a new addiction: buying pocket knives. So far I have an Ontario RAT 2, Cold Steel American Lawman and a Spyderco Matriarch 2. Each one is the "last one" but now there's a Paramilitary 2 in my Amazon cart. Knife guys, what are your favorite knives? Which ones are must-haves? Inb4 all of them.

I had wanted to get this Spyderco for a long time, finally got it when I saw it at a local gun shop, came out a bit dull out of the box. Sucks. Oh well, gonna mail it to them so they can re-sharpen it. Free service but I’ll have to spend a couple bucks on postage.

Had a different CRKT knife but.....got stolen.
So I'd like an M16.

I've also got this but it's fixed blade, not really a carry knife but it did come with an awesome sheathe

My EDC knife is a Swiss Army knife , in the UK blade length has to be under 3 inches and not allowed to lock or you can be prosecuted...

You can carry other knives but must be able to prove why you are in possession of them, ie being a chef travelling to and from work...

Anyway , my go to knife in a zombie Apocalypse would probably be-

I’d like to get a Microtech ultratech tanto partially serrated

but I’m not rich enough to spend that much on a knife at the moment, would rather buy stuff for my guns.

I did splurge and got my little sister a Microtech mini troodon last year for her birthday though.

I've got one of these for a legal carry.

The blade will not fold if you have a grip, look for a good friction fold under 3".

What is annoying is that if we get caught with an illegal knife then we would get screwed by the courts and have our lives fucked up and the twats who walk around with zombie knives and machetes stuffed under their £400 jackets would more than likely get away with it...

But the Government has to claim it's tough on knife crime....so will punish people carrying them regardless...unfortunately most peole don't carry knives over here so they will simply nod and go " damn right, punish those who carry knives.without thinking that the vast majority who carry knives would do so without any malice.."

I don't collect knives, but if there was some cool movie or comic character known for his iconic knife, I might buy a replica. Like maybe Rambo's knife, Lion-O's Sword of Omens, etc.
