King Mo eliteness

Mo wouldn't beat any of the top 4. I think he'd probably struggle with Glover, as well. Bader and OSP are reasonably tough fights. He likely beats the rest. Taking all orgs into account, he's mid to low top 10 in quality.

Don't know about elite... I don't see him beating Rumble, Jones or Cormier tbh.

Mo looked better than he ever has in that Rizin tournament though. He could easily be top 10 in the current LHW division.

bad chin, bad cardio. he's like a worse version of ryan bader. Might be able to outstrike Phil Davis, but that isn't saying much

Posts like this are why I can't hang out in WorldwideMMA

LOL

He has never been elite, the dude isnt even a champ in Bellator and phil davis is going to handle him

He has a lisp and always sounds like he's gaying around.

He's not even the best LHW in Bellator that should tell you how he'd do against the top 3 in the UFC

he tried to hump Rampage like a kid on his prom night he was so afraid of standing with him, even though you could score that fight for him I'm glad he lost it as he fought scared and just looked to LNP

I actually really like Mo as well he's still one of the best outside the UFC for sure and he straight up bangs when he thinks he can, I feel the Newton KO took some of his stand up confidence from him

Great wrestling (I won't say elite), above average boxing, good boxing, not bad cardio. He could win fights in the UFC definitely. I'll take him over Bader. He'll no to DC, Jones, and Rumble though.

He got robbed by the judges.

I agree with you except for the Bader sentence
Ryan has improved his striking a lot

We'll see, but I think Davis wins. Phil went from "Mr. Decision" in the UFC to a 1st Round Finishing Machine in his Bellator tournament debut. That gives you an idea about the step-down in competition. He has a definite edge over Mo in cardio and chin, and I think his overall game is simply better.

As for Mo, no one who is 0-2 against Emmanuel Newton belongs in the same sentence with the word "elite."

Which is it, "above average boxing" or "good boxing"? Joking aside, Bader has done much better than Mo against the same competition (Rampage, Calvacante), FWIW.

And there goes TS's granite chin theory. When annoying trash talking becomes a sport, then you can call Mo elite. At MMA, he's slightly above average.

How elite is Mo? Dude has elite boxing , amazing wrestling, granite chin and can KTFO heavys with brutal power, his sub game isnt addcc level but his sub defence might be elite didnt get subbed by mousasi, only weakness is is age due to cardio.

Could Mo beat up Cormier Rumble Jones?

That was meant to say good power

Far from elite boxing but elite amateur wrestling credentials. King Mo has good power but seems to have lost the explosive step since his injury.
King mos is has average cardio and plain old bad defense. I think the tools are there to be elite but Mo is very hesitant with his hands and waits on opponents. This could be from being starched.
