This is true, when I use to watch the Kardashians back when it started. Rob Kardashian is definitely the most laziest of the kids and probably still is.

For instance you do step down lunges using a body call to hit your calves harder. Like that's really really really really really basic.

Yeah he's full of shit rage baiting for clicks I can't even tell you how basic that bosu ball lunges are of an exercise.

So if believe anything he's saying, I'm sorry, this guy is a con artist and very very very very very very and I mean very bad one. If you have a trainer who does know bosu ball lunges or step downs he's full of shit

It would seem he probably is judging by his appearance. Is he like 60 or used too much gear

I don't how a person could call himself a anything to do with fitness or exercise and not know... What a bosu ball does or lunge variations do. Plus he's a negative. You don't want them around. He's just making shit up out of ignorance and calling others out even though he just made shit up lol
