I'm a TJ fan but he is kind of a dick in sparring it seems.

Maybe it was a really weak punch he just tapped him with, hard to tell because of the moving camera but that would still be douchey. He was also rolling a moment before the camera goes off him so perhaps he didn't know homie's hands were down because his eyes weren't on him but that seems unlikely. Most likely just being a dick

Talked a lot of shit about knocking TJ out in practice, grabbed him by the throat in a staredown on a reality show, claimed there was a tape of the KO and said he would release it but never delivered.
