This is messed up.

http://eagnews.org/teacher-forced-to-resign-after-student-steals-shares-nude-pics-from-her-phone/

A kid grabbed a teacher's cell phone and had to do a couple clicks and found a semi-nude photo she took for her husband and shared it on social media sites and the teacher is told to resign.

Someone from the school district said her actions contributed to the delinquency of a minor.

The same guy from the school district said he wasn't sure if the student would face any discipline at all.

I suppose someone like Erin Andrews contributed to the douchebag who took her photos inside the room because she left the room and didn't plug up the peep hole when she got back.

why phone not locked?

Don't bring pornographic material to school.

If a kid found a playboy in a teachers desk, you don't think he would be fired?

Hopefully her union bring some hell-fire and brimestone

if the teacher had a playboy in his car and the kid broke into his car and found it he should not be fired

why phone not locked?

She fully supports the FBI?

Stupid.

The teacher should be embarrassed she didn't have her phone passworded (unless he hacked it).

The kids needs to get mutable charges and get a year of picking up garbage in a florescent vest beside the road for all the other kids to see.

Fire the teacher for supplying, expel the kid for distribution, investigate the parents for negligence.

Her phone wasn't in her car.

She brought nude pictures of herself into the school. A kid (breaking the rules in the process) found them. Both parties did something wrong.

She didn't do anything wrong, perhaps careless (not having it locked) but not wrong and nothing to constitute dismissal.

Yes, she was seriously dumb enough to bring nude pictures of herself to her place of employment.

And on top of that, she left them in a place where they were accessed by students.

It was on her phone though. That's like digging through somebody's wallet. So by your logic it's alright to hack nude photos of people, because the cloud is a public storage place.

I wish nude pictures of my 7th grade English teacher were passed around. Her ass looked great in khakis, probably looked better without them
And arrest a few random people for whatever because they must've done wrong too
I blame the husband, if it weren't for him she wouldn't have taken the picture in the first place.

She did something wrong when she walked through the doors of the building that morning with naked pictures of herself in her pocket.

Don't bring that shit to school. Period.

Make sure some get shot during the arrest. If we can get a wrongful conviction thrown in then I think everyone can call this a victory.

This is a good point, she should be ashamed for being partially sexy with her husband

Photos on google are stored in off campus server.
A student who access them stole them off campus, and then brought them on campus. Clearly, he is in the wrong, in that case.

Here, she brought nude photos to school, and they were discovered at school. Thats a no-no on her part.

And yes, if I was a teacher, I wouldn't walk around with dick pics in my wallet. If a kid somehow got my wallet and saw them, I would expect consequences.

In all seriousness, we do need to evaluate the picture.
