Kicking/Punching/Grappling equipments

can someone recommend me the following items.

-punching/kicking (low and high kicks) bag for a small room
-something to practice jabs with perhaps something i can just put on a wall with a decent soft cushion so i can practice punching on it and is sturdy.
-good mouth guard
-ufc/mma gloves
-gloves to practice punching and stuff
-rash guards (also can someone explain what this is used for.. i never really knew)
-shin pads

a link to the recomendations would be great. my room is very small btw.

lol why would u get something if u don't know what it does?

rashguard...guard you from rash's.....you use them when doing nogi or mma...helps protect against germs.

i recommend cageside.
