Kick Routines

    I live in Orlando but make regular trips to brazil
    hey everyone I am a BJJ black belt and mostly I have studied that for my life but I have been working some muay thai and kicks so anyone got any combos or anything like some good kicking tips to use on my wavemaster?

    Try to vary your kikcs up, low kick followed by high kick, double kicks, triple kicks, side kicks, push kicks, spinning side kicks. Just keep them coming for as long as you can, it will build great stamina.

    Kicking rounds work well for me. One minute push kick left, one minute push kick right, one minute RH left, one minute RH right, etc.

    You can do combo drills like left push kick, right RH. Or right RH, left back kick. Or clinch release high kick.

    If you already have a black belt in BJJ, why not invest some time into learning Muay Thai properly?

    If you want to kick well, you will need a teacher.

    Not to talk shit, but you're a bjj black belt and have never seen Frank Mir's shoulder lock on Pete Williams before.
