Good stoppage and it’s disappointing because Baeza was too scared and careful the whole fight to be that reckless and lose late. He could’ve won the fight clean but he chose to fight in the pocket late for no reason.

His boxing defense is terrible. Keep your hands up, bra
This. Hurts to say as a Baeza fan, but man has work to do. I think we'll see what he's all about in his next fight now that his back's against the wall. Looked shook in the pocket and understandibly so, but at this level you expect more out of these guys, especially the ones claiming to be strikers.

It's okay since he seemed to go out and wake back up, but that also happens in a lot of fights unnoticed. Askren went out and woke back up against Lawler and won the fight. Gaethje was flash KOed by Michael Johnson and recovered to win. If a fight ended the second anyone lost consciousness even for a split second, without a chance to recover, MMA would look drastically different. Many of your favorite fights in history would've been stopped early.

While you are 100% correct, ref cares about the fighter's safety, not our entertainment. I'm okay with this kind of stoppage especially with young promising fighter

Stanky leg is usually a hard concussion, usually worse than a flash knockdown. He ate a couple unanswered hard shots too so the fight was over.

Had it gone to decision Williams would've still won as well so there was no point in stopping it late.

Ton of potential but I think he knows he gets hit too much which causes his hesitancy to attack. Work on his defense, gain confidence and pull the trigger.

You’re right, needs to do work but he has a chance going forward
