Khan is world class for about 5 rounds. Then he either fades a little or starts fighting stupid. No way does he go 12 without Garcia catching him at some point.

Khan simply has one of the worst chins at the elite level and even worse recovery. He also doesn't deal with pressure very well. Garcia is a horrible matchup for him.

If Khan beat Maidana he can beat Garcia. But he would have to box smart for 12 rounds & I'm not sure hes capable of doing that. I'd like to see it cause you know Khan won't come in so aggressive this time & Danny Gift is there to be outboxed.

The problem with Khan is that he has to fight a perfect fight against any decent puncher to win. Hes one of the best boxers in the world if you don't factor in chin and recovery. In fact, I think he'd be a Hall of Fame fighter if he had a solid chin and the ability to recover. The problem is that those two factors are huge weaknesses. You can cover a lot of flaws with punching power and a chin. If you don't have either, you're not going to be a top level fighter for long, unless you are exceptionally smart in the ring, which Khan is not (at all). He doesn't learn from previous mistakes either, which makes it even worse. He will look good for a while again, and then get killed.

I do think this will be his last shot at a major title if he gets KO'ed. Might be looking at retirement, which is a good idea in my opinion. Otherwise, he's going to be a gatekeeper like Algieri.

He didn't beat him easily. Khan was owning him up until the KO. Khan will lose again if he doesn't fix his style because Garcia will just counter him mid combo like last time.

Khan should take a fight before this. Facing back to back big punches is dangerous after getting KO'd badly I'm his last fight. He should have tried to face someone at 147 like Bradley or Broner, where the threat of the one shot KO isn't there. I think both of those are winnable fights for Khan.
