My guess is they want it on the Conor card because outside of the ME, it's a weak card. But yeah, I don't think this is Khamzat's fault. UFC has plans for him.

This is the answer, he already has a fight booked, so calling him out while he's already scheduled is not really calling him out. You want him to cancel a potential title contender fight for a non title contender fight?

Do the call outs when he doesn't have a fight scheduled, everything else is just posturing because they know the fight isn't going to happen. Where was all the call outs when he was looking for a fight before getting booked with Leon?

Because theres 1 card left in 2020 and its in 5 days. Khamzat is in Sweden and is booked to fight Leon in late January which is only 5 weeks away. Thats why. Good callout from Holland but it aint happening.
