Nurmagedovs 57 fights two top 2 wins. Khamzat 11 fights one top 2 win already.

Levels bro
khabib wins were very easy and without damage, and khamzat just almost lost (i genuinely thought burns won)
agree with u.. there are levels

He’s definitely legit but he did lose that “new car smell” he’s no longer the unstoppable boogeyman of 170 but he’s a bonafide top of the division fighter

Clip of Gilbert dropping Khamzat and following up with a soccer kick and 12-6 elbows right to the back of the head. I'm glad the kick missed and we got to see that third round.

it really show how much of a fighter khamzat is and how he is there for a real fight LOL, petr yan did just 1 illegal knee and lost the belt, this guy did like 10 elbows straight to the back of his head and he didnt care at all, i am definitely on this khamzat hype train after this fight, how can you not respect this fighter going in all to finish the #2, charging forward, yea maybe skill will need abit of furnishing. as a spectator this is what i want

Khamzat is so good/legit that because he didn't beat the #2 WW in 7 seconds the narrative has now shifted to "Usman will smash him" or "Colby will smash him".

Bro, Burns rocked Usman bad. Burns would maul Colby.

I'd bet big on Colby if it's 5 rounds.Burns rocked Usman and Marty smeshed him for it. Khamzat got rocked and played a gassed game of pitter patter with Burns as payback.

Khamzat proved he's a top fighter with heart but he isn't the White Knight people have been dreaming about.

He is definitely a top contender, but has nothing more than puncher's chance against Colby and Usman with his current skill set.

I like Colby but I think Khamzat would beat him. Colby has the edge in cardio for sure but I think Khamzat would stop him.

Betting odds are driven by only by bets and not a abilities. Khamzat has not fought anyone of note before this fight, and then went straight to No.2 and beat him.

Most people before the fight thought Khamzat would make it look easy. I predicted pre-fight that even if Khamzat won, if it was a close decision & not a easy fight, that many people would consider it a disappointment. It is impressive that he beat the 3rd best (going into the fight, behind Usman & Colby) WW in the world, but people really did expect him to just walk thru Burns in 1 rd

57-0 Goatmagomedovs stay winning

Khamzat left his chin out there and got wobbled repeatedly and dropped by the first top opponent he fought

Khabib just has way better fight iq, grappling, cardio and boxing defence

Gilbert "Dan Hookers Victim" Burns nearly beat Khamzat tonight

Khabib never fought stylistic opposition.

I knew this fight would be competitive. Burns has worked really really hard and has an elite skill set. He showed he’s a top contender at only 11 fights and proved he can overcome adversity which is something that can’t be taught. He needs experience, but has the tools to be champ one day for sure. I would like to see him have another fight before usman. Colby would be a good test. Colby, edwards or the Vicente Belal winner. He proved his legitimacy tonight but also showed he’s not some god entity destined to go 30-0. He answered a lot of questions tonight and I’m excited to see what’s next for him.

Anybody who said/says that is an idiot, but so are the people who thought he'd dominate the top 5 with no problem and "smesh" Usman inside of a round.

chimaev made the mistake of abandoning his wrestling. He basically brawled with Burns. When he went for takedowns, he got them. He has a lot of learning to do about ring generalship and controlling pace.
I think he did a good job with the Takedowns, Burns is super dangerous off his back, Khamzat didnt want to be there and get caught by a sub. He basically did the takedowns at the end of the rounds, not giving Burns time to sub him and finishing the round on a dominant position and having a takedown on the scorecards

Nah, I'm not partial to either fighter. I'm just calling it like I saw it. In Round 2 and 3, it seemed like Khamzat was getting knocked off balance more by each power punch from Burns than the other way around, and it seemed like Burns' power punches in those rounds had more pop to them than Khamzat's power punches.

In any case, the judges called it for Khamzat, so it is what it is.
yes, I am just disagreeing with your way of scoring. Lots of punches that threw Khamzat off balance hit his gloves/arms, not even landing. Its not a good way to judge.

If Khabib fought the #2 guy for his 11th fight he would have lost and it's why he fought cans through 16+ fights Khamzat is in another level
you wish lol
no reason to think that way
khabib can beat top 5 since day one at UFC, and without damage
