You got some nerve there questioning a guy who has 12 finishes out of 15 fights including 6 submissions because he could not submit one guy. Dricus is one of the hardest guys to submit. His neck is genetic plus he knows how to tug it in turtle style and hide it away. He is an expert in that

If DDP actually tried to win instead of just survive til the bell, he would have been finished. That's why he went full defense mode and accepted losing his title in the manner he did. Every time he tried to do something about it, he started getting threatened with guillotines and was worried about getting his back taken so he accepted being on his back defending.

Same here. The answer between 2022 to early 2025 was because the State Department banned his visa for BS political virtue signaling, and all US-subservient countries (which means every place the UFC competes outside of Abu Dhabi essentially) followed suit so he was banned from the sport (outside Abu Dhabi) for three years of his absolute prime. What a waste.

Now? Great question. He last competed 5 months ago so we should get something soon. I'm guessing it is backroom haggling over whether he can fight Alex on the WH card. But yeah fans should pressure the org soon to get their ass in gear.
