But how can you say you'll fight anyone anytime, then when they finally offer you an opponent, you turn it down because your coach told you to? That's why I said I stopped listening to him. I agree, I’m saying the UFC lowballs the higher ranked fighters because they know Khamzat’s low rank doesn’t signify his true ability. The higher ranked fighters will automatically refuse and the UFC slowly increases the offers until someone bites. The point is, the UFC brass are cheapskates and will use Khamzat’s “low rank” to justify a crap offer which sets the bar so low, that it looks like they’re willing to play ball as they incrementally add money to the subsequent offers.

He is willing to fight anyone at WW. He can't make the fight happen if the UFC brass want him to fight someone in particular in order to put him in a certain spot.
